The AUTOTAP add-on will bolt on to ANY MTAP machine that is already out in service as currently a MTAP

The AutoTap system eliminates the need for the handheld bullet holder tool used in the standard MTAP setup, providing a seamless, automated workflow that drastically reduces fatigue and increases throughput. Built for precision and consistency, the AutoTap delivers repeatable results with a tolerance of ±0.001" across more than 1,000 consecutive pointing operations. Each unit comes standard with an automatic ejector system, so there's no need to manually remove each bullet—just insert the next one after every cycle. The AutoTap also features an automatic mode that continuously cycles the carriage without requiring the start button to be pressed each time, allowing the system to process up to 300 bullets per hour.

The Autotap upgrade kit was designed with a fully modular approach, ensuring backward compatibility with every MTAP system ever produced—from serial #1 to the current production models (SN: 200 and below)—so users never need to worry about their machine becoming obsolete.

Looking ahead, the forthcoming UltraTap system—targeted for release in mid-to-late 2025—will bring full automation with a 100-round bullet hopper. Even better, the AutoTap has been designed with future-proofing in mind: all mounting and interface provisions for the UltraTap system are already built into the AutoTap base plate, making the transition to full automation as easy as bolting on the next generation of upgrades.

This kit includes all necessary mounting hardware, power components, and tools to get you up and running quickly. Combined with one caliber-specific AutoTap Bullet Holder (additional sold separately), this system ensures smooth bullet retention and automatic ejection, increasing your consistency across batches of bullets.
