This kit was designed so that people with the current SEB Mini could always keep their feet perpendicular to the ground while adding height to their mini with adjusting the legs up.
When you need more height then the center adjuster will allow with your Seb Mini, you angle the legs with the three adjusters around the base. The problem is that when you do this, your adjusters and feet are no longer perpendicular to the ground you are shooting off of. These quick adjust bolt on ankles (levelers) allow the feet to remain perpendicular to the ground no matter the height of the legs.
