Newly Redesigned Interchangeable Modular Cutter Block and Lid Assembly
The new interchangeable modular cutting block allows you to preset the neck thickness with a desired shoulder angle cutter and change out the cutter block head without changing the set neck thickness.
For example: You can set up the modular cutter block assembly to cut 6.5x284 Lapua brass at 0.125, then switch out the modular cutter block to one with a preset neck thickness of 0.013 with a 20 degree shoulder angle cutter for .308Win.
This way all you have to do is align the new modular cutter block to be centered with the brass and you won't have to adjust the actual cutters to get the 0.013 neck wall thickness.

The redesign includes the new V notch cutter slot system which adds more precise adjustments and repeatability compared to the original flat bottom cutter slot design.
The three asterisks (*) on the cutter block indicate which screws to remove when changing out modular cutter block heads.
If you have an IDOD or AUTODOD with the original cutter block system you will need to purchase the new cross slide assembly found here. All newly purchased machines will come with the new modular cutter block system already installed.
